Painting flowers with recycled materials

Today in Nursery, we painted a garden of red flowers using sponges for the dirt, twigs and leaves, and coca-cola bottles for the flowers. I wish I had more pictures of the process, but all of the teachers were too busy to have cameras out. First, the kids used a large sponge dipped in brown paint and pushed really hard to create the dirt. Next, they used a long line sponge and leaf shaped sponges to create green leaves. The last step was the coca cola flowers. We dipped a coca cola bottle into red paint then put the bottle on our papers. . . Viola! A garden made out of painting with recycled materials. Great job Nursery!
